“Since there isn’t a support link on your site, if you should see this, please STOP sending the endless “first notices".”

Except, if you actually look at the mobilizer site, it actually provides a support link on every page. Thanks for the friendly feedback though.

And here’s my original message that I had tried to send.

I did look. And I looked again after seeing your comment. I still can’t find anything other than “Contact Us” which doesn’t provide a support link, just addresses, directions, a way to sign-up for email and to get more information.

If you will provide a link, I’ll post it.

Thanks in advance.

And thank you so much for stopping the “first notices” emails.

The site in question (and which I was talking about) is http://mobilizer.volantis.com, which has the links I mentioned. But that support link is the same as the email address I gave in the previous post. It looks like the support group is being a bit over-zealous in filtering out spam, or else this isn’t in fact the best route for solving these problems. We’d better fix that. There are also some links to forums there, where you can post questions.

I’ve provided my own email address in this post. Please contact me using that and we’ll chase up the original problems.

The application itself is in public beta, and hasn’t been heavily publicised; we do welcome feedback on both the functionality and the surrounding support function (like these mails, and the difficulty of providing feedback).

Thanks again for that.
