			<description>The reason I'm against them is empirical evidence that PMP certification is inversely proportional to plain old project management common sense. It seems to be a certification which people undertake to compensate for lack of meaningful experience. Some professional regulations and licensing are useful and do protect the public to a certain extent, but I'm afraid that the purpose of the PMP is to support PMI.</description>
